What a great time to celebrate spring.  Egg Hunts, Easter Bunny and  most important backyard grilling.


In 2014 Colorado Springs celebrates Easter with egg hunts, face painting, a Vicotorian tea and treasure hunts. ears of independence on the Fourth of July.  Colorado Springs will be celebrating Easter with a number of celebrations.

Take photos with the Easter Bunny.  Pets are welcome on Tuesday nights, April 8 and April 15 from 4pm - 7 pm.

Victorian Easter Egg Hunt and Luncheon Tea
Saturday April 19, 2014 10:00 am, 12:00 Noon & 2:00 pm

Join us for our annual fundraiser, a Victorion Easter Egg hunt for chilren ages 2 throuh 10 accompanied by an adults.  A generous supply of eggs will be hidden and a special basket will delight the child who find the golden egg.  Afterwards, retire to our beatufiul Tea Room for an abundant luncheon with a special treat for the little ones.

Community Easter Egg Hunt
Sunday April 19, 2014, 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Community Easter Egg Hunt at Fields Park (Becker's Land and El Paso).  Sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Manitou Springs.

Easter Egg Hunt for children up to 5th grade. Prizes for each group. PreK & K-1st grade the hunt starts at 1:00pm. 2nd-3rd grade & 4th-5th grade starts at 1:15pm.

Don you haddest had and join the partay as Old Colorado City celebrater Easter in Wonderland.  The White Rabbit will be on the streest with sweet treats.  There will be games, characters, entertainment, face painting and more.

Meet a live rabbit and learn all about all things rabbit.  Then join the bunny guide as you hike to look for goody filled eggs along the trail.  For children ages 2-10 with an adult.

Citadel Easter Bunny Visits

The Easter Bunny, is on his way to The Citadel!Come share in this exciting spring tradition with the Easter Bunny.  Parents can capture this spring memory with a special photo of their child with the Easter bunny himself in the Easter Bunny’s Garden.

Ham and Hamstrings Easter Day 5K
Sunday, April 20, 2014  8:00 am

The Hams and Hamstrings 5K has a new course this year! The course starts at 7-Eleven just west of Woodmen and Marksheffel and heads south on the trail, turns around at the new fire station and returns to 7-Eleven .

Location:  7718 E. Woodmen Rd (7-Eleven on East Woodmen)
Time:  8:00 am
