St. Francis Health Center Location: 825 E. P. Anderson, a physician and surgeon for the Midland Railroad Company, at a time when the railroad was the driving force behind the growth of Colorado Springs and the rest of the west. Today, the primary emphasis of St. Francis Health Center is on outpatient surgery, behavioral health services, providing inpatient and outpatient treatment to those suffering from psychiatric and/or chemical dependency problems; and outpatient rehabilitation. This facility also houses the Pikes Peak Hospice and Palliative Care central residence and administration offices, offices for Catholic Charities of Colorado Springs, and the Penrose-St. Francis Clinical Pastoral Education Program. St Francis Medical Center Location: 6001 E. Woodmen Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80923. - Main Operator: 719-776-5000 St. Francis Medical Center is the newest facility in the Penrose-St. Francis family. The $207 million, 156-bed facility is the only full-service hospital in Northern Colorado Springs and features a modern birth center and Level III neonatal intensive care unit, pediatric unit, 24-hour Emergency Department, Level IV Trauma Center, Imaging Services, Surgical Services, and a Critical Care Unit.
