Briargate is one of largest and fastest growing areas in the northeast section of the city of Colorado Springs, encompassing more than 9,600 acres. The Briargate community began in 1995 and was one of the first master planned communities to require builders to design and build their new homes with strict design guidelines and architectural styles.
