Colorado Springs 4th of July Fireworks will Light the Sky

Colorado Springs fireworks will light the sky even though it has canceled it annual 4th of July celebration at Memorial Park due to budget cuts. Costs for the event run anywhere from $80,000 to $100,000 each year.  
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 You can still celebrate our nations birthday with music, parades, fireworks, pancakes and good ole backyard grilling.

Fort Carson has invited the public to celebrate our nations birthday at its Annual Fourth on the Third spectacular featuring the Colorado Springs Symphony. Manitou Springs, Cripple Creek and the Air Force Academy celebrate the Fourth each year with food and entertainment for the whole family. Monument hosts a parade, Fun Run, and fireworks, and the Security Fire Department starts off the day with its Annual Pancake Breakfast.    

The Broadmoor and the Cheyenne Mountain Resort also feature fireworks, food and entertainment for their guests each year.
