Colorado Springs DMV Systems are Down

Due to the Colorado State Title and Registration System (CSTARS) being unavailable the services that the El Paso County Motor Vehicle office can provide are limited.
The following transactions cannot be processed at this time:
• Emission Extension
• Print Titles in our offices
• Print Duplicate titles
• View updated emission test results
• Online renewals through www.colorado.gov/renewplates
We are expecting CSTARS will be available again next week. Thank you for you time and patience.
