Parade of Homes 2011
The Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs has 25 home builders from the Colorado Springs area that will have homes in the 2011 Parade of Homes.Each builder will design and construct at least one Parade home highlighting the latest in construction, design and energy efficient technologies. Main sites will be located at Gold Hill Mesa, Cordera and Flying Horse. All 33 homes will be open every day from August 5 through August 21 from 10:00 am. to 6:00 pm. Tickets will be on sale at all local Safeway Stores on July 18, 2011. Admission is $10.00 for Adults 18 to 64 and $5.00 for 65 and over. You will receive a map with your ticket. One ticket will allow visitors to tour the Parade of Homes at their leisure during these 17 days.The Parade of Homes offers variety in price and location. A total of 20 homes are priced below $450,000 and, 13 homes are priced over $450,000 with two of those priced over $1,000,000. Free Guidebooks are available at any Parade Home. The Guidebook includes a list homes by builder and or location. The website will have the Map and Guidebook as well as a list of the Parade Builders with their contact information.
