Halloween Costume Carnival on Friday
The City of Colorado Springs will be holding a Halloween Costume Carnival from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Starsmore Discover Center.
The event is free and there will be contests, prizes and a Not Too Scary Haunted Trail and Pinata Bash!
